Family Dinner Plan: Fresh roast ham, sausages and sauerkraut, Brussels sprout salad

Welcome to the fourth menu plan for the Whole30 challenge – do us a favor and ignore the fact that I did not put up a week 3 menu. If you are curious about what we consumed, follow along on Facebook for the day-by-day menus, including fantastic links and tips and tricks. Well, definitely links. Not sure they are fantastic. Except for the sauerkraut chocolate cake.

Here is my menu for the week of January 28:

Sunday: Roast fresh ham, Brussels sprout salad, roasted Delicata squash circles, roasted cauliflower and carrots

MondaySauerkraut and sausages (or maybe sausage, apples and sauerkraut) mashed cauliflower, green salad

Tuesday: Cross-Rib Roast, mashed sweet potatoes, green vegetable, green salad with oranges

Wednesday: Dinner out with visiting friends

Thursday: Another dinner out with friends

Friday: Fish tacos with coleslaw, guacamole, salsa

Saturday: Ground Lamb Stew, mashed cauliflower, green salad
