Thanksgiving week! The food. The family. The joy! Oh yes, I am happy.
By now you have all see my menu plan for Thanksgiving dinner. Fortunately, we have to eat the rest of the week too, and with our vegetable box from Fifth Crow Farms, we are all set. This week we found Delicata squash, Red onions, Beets, Baby kale, Red tomatoes, Sage, Russian kale, True Red Cranberry Beans and Broccoli.
Here is my menu plan for this week:
Sunday: Curry in a Hurry (pressure cooker), kale chips, rice
Monday: Lasagna (Small Victories cookbook), pasta with marinara and meat balls, salad
Wednesday: Thanksgiving Dinner
Thursday: Crab and sourdough at the beach
Friday: Ethiopian with friends
