We picked up fresh halibut this weekend from Real Good Fish, as well as tomatoes from Mariquita Farms and our regular CSA box from Fifth Crow Farms. In our CSA box, we found Broccoli, Romano Green Beans, Basil, Strawberries, Raspberries, Butter Lettuce, Diva Cucumbers, Spring Onions and Summer squash. Dinners this week will be epic!
Sunday: Grilled steaks, summer squash gratin with salsa verde
Monday: Roasted halibut and salmon with preserved lemon and basil sauce, roasted broccoli, sautéed spinach, sliced heirloom tomatoes, rice
Tuesday: Out to dinner with friends
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Korean Short Ribs, cauliflower rice, sliced cucumbers
Thursday: Spicy Ginger Pork in Lettuce Leaves, wok-fried green beans, rice
