Because of the President’s Day holiday, I put our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) box from Fifth Crow Farms on hiatus. Now I have one of those weeks where I have free reign and can figure out my meal plan not based on what is in my box. That is both exciting and terrifying!
Here is my menu plan for the week of February 26:
Sunday: Halibut, broccoli, braised kale, roasted carrots, rice
Monday: Baked Cuban sandwiches, crudités with hummus
Tuesday: Kofte, broccoli and bulgur tabbouli salad, roasted Brussel sprouts, whole wheat pita
Wednesday: CostCo roast chicken, Spanish rice, kale chips, leftover broccoli salad
Thursday: Real Good Fish share
Friday: Takeout and Trashy TV
