Welcome to the fourth menu plan for the Whole30 challenge – do us a favor and ignore the fact that I did not put up a week 3 menu. Here is my menu for the week of January 28:
Sunday: Roast fresh ham, Brussels sprout salad, roasted Delicata squash circles, roasted cauliflower and carrots
Tuesday: Cross-Rib Roast, mashed sweet potatoes, green vegetable, green salad with oranges
Wednesday: Dinner out with visiting friends
Thursday: Another dinner out with friends
Friday: Fish tacos with coleslaw, guacamole, salsa
Saturday: Ground Lamb Stew, mashed cauliflower, green salad
