NaBloPoMo: Writing on my blog everyday for a month

November started out as National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) in 1999, and several years after, National Blog Post Month (NaBloPoMo) was started to encourage bloggers to post everyday and get in the groove of writing. I remember participating back in 2007 on my other blog and I think I made it through the entire month. Amazing.

This year, the Big Guy’s English teaching unit is promoting NaNoWriMo and having the kids work on their own novels. I thought it would be a good opportunity to write along with my son, showing support for this big project at school. Instead of writing a book, I am going to blog about my regular life. I may break up the week by themes, using prompts from BootsNAll Indie Travel Project, the NaBloPoMo main site, and one of the other sites that exist to provide writer inspiration. Recipes, travel, menus, personal junk, its all gonna be out there.

For the next month, this blog will turn into more of a lifestyle blog, although I will try to keep food front and center. Wanna join me in this writing adventure?
