12 Days of Local Christmas: Happiness Within Baklava Bites

The Menlo Park Farmer’s Market on Sundays is full of lovely local food, and today I met Heba from Happiness Within, my second feature of a 12 Days of Local Christmas series, highlighting local food purveyors, perfect for a locavore-minded holiday season.

Heba makes 4 different types of Baklava, which she sells packaged in boxes at the Menlo Park Farmer’s Market, Biachini’s Market in Portola Valley, JJ&F Market in Palo Alto, and Sigona’s Farmers Market at Stanford Shopping Center. Flavors include Pecan, Pistachio, Walnut and No Nut option. And her prices are reasonable, $6 and $9 a box.

For more information, visit Happiness Within. Heba is generally at the Menlo Park Farmer’s Market each Sunday, but you can call her during the week and arrange pickup in Menlo Park.

Really, this Baklava is Happiness Within!
