Yes, your Dad would love these cookies. The coconut makes them nice and chewy. My Dad, on the other hand, is not fond of coconut cookies. I will have to think of another cookie for him. :-)</description>

		<description>As the Husband and recipient of the wonderful cookies, I do confirm that they were very tasty and cheered me up.  After ten of them I was in a very happy state of mind.

The fact that my wife substituted coconut (one of my favorite ingredients) for raisins (which I agree should never be combined with chocolate) is only one of the reasons I love her.</description>
